Our story
Involved Partners is a purpose-driven boutique Executive Search & Leadership consulting firm. We are dedicated to empower sustainable leadership in the world. We have come together to inspire and support our clients in strengthening the leadership capabilities through efficient, reliable and valid methods, processes and tools to attract, develop and retain sustainable leaders. We use new interpretations of traditional competences as well as looking into new capabilities.
We have strong history and experience from leading positions in the industry combined with several years from the executive search industry. Our backgrounds give us a solid understanding of business challenges in different industries and public sector. We act as trusted advisers to our clients and believe in true partnerships with an honest and transparent dialogue.
We are always two consultants involved in every search or leadership assignment. Tools and methods in our assessment toolbox are evidence-based with high reliability and validity.
Our focus is on companies, organisations and individuals who think sustainability is important. We are convinced that sustainability and profitability go hand in hand and that the future winners will be those who proactively sees sustainability as an opportunity.
We have offices in Helsingborg, Malmö and Lund and use the World Trade Center office concept also in Stockholm and Gothenburg which creates flexibility and efficiency for our clients and candidates.

Peter Öhman
Founding Partner | Executive Search & Leadership Consultant
Peter is working as an Executive Search consultant since 2012. Before founding Involved Partners, Peter worked at another leading executive search firm where he was a Partner. Prior to that he has held various positions as an HR Director and as a Management Consultant.
Peter has extensive hands-on industry experience from leading change management, leadership and organisational development activities. His expertise is on executive search assignments within FMCG, manufacturing, tech and power and industry. He is the practice lead for Leadership Development.
Peter is a strong believer in the human ability to learn and develop and masters the art of reflection. He thinks it is essential to utilise the dynamics between previous experiences and new ideas and opportunities for understanding and shaping a brighter future for individuals and organisations.
Peter thinks one of the most important challenges for the world is to create sustainable growth and development for the many people. For this, he is convinced that a new type of leadership is required where inclusion, transparency and awareness on system level are critical. Only by this we can ensure delivery of results that meet the triple bottom line of financial, social and environmental performance, positive growth and development for all people.

Catarina Svensson
Founding Partner | Executive Search & Leadership Consultant
Catarina is working as an Executive Search consultant since seven years. Prior to founding Involved Partners, Catarina worked at another leading executive search firm where she was a Partner. Prior to her recruiting career, she had extensive experience from various managerial positions within finance and project management at a multinational food packaging and processing company.
Catarina leverages extensive hands-on industry experience to bring a broad business perspective to creative solutions for clients. Her expertise is on executive search assignments within the manufacturing and service industry, real estate and public sector. She is the practice lead for Executive Coaching.
Catarina sees a growing social pressure on companies to consider “people, planet and profit” and hence an increased need for identification, assessment and development of effective sustainable leaders who can balance short-term with long-term priorities and create value for multiple stakeholders. Catarina is dedicated to explore individuals’ strengths, values and motivators which she sees as the key for a sustainable matching. Her vision is that everybody feels inspired to go to work to contribute to a better world.
