Our story

 

Involved Partners was founded in 2019 with a clear ambition: to support owners, boards and leadership teams in leadership-critical decisions and organisational development in increasingly complex business environments.

From the beginning, our focus has been on industrial and transformation-intensive organisations — from owner-led and family-owned companies to larger industrial groups. We work closely with owners, chairs, boards, CEOs and leadership teams to strengthen leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and long-term value creation.

Our foundation combines experience from senior HR leadership roles in industry, management consulting and executive search. This provides a practical understanding of how strategy, leadership, structure and culture must work together for organisations to perform, adapt and realise their future potential.

We work as trusted advisers and value long-term partnerships built on integrity, transparency and close collaboration. Our approach is rigorous and evidence-based, using methods and assessment tools with high reliability and validity to support critical decisions in leadership, succession and organisational development.

Involved Partners is based in Helsingborg and works with clients across southern Sweden and, in selected assignments, internationally.

He works in complex industrial and transformation-intensive environments, helping clients make better decisions about leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and long-term direction. His background combines senior HR leadership in international industry, management consulting and executive advisory, with particular focus on succession, executive appointments, board-related work and organisational transformation.
